Jessica Jin is a master’s student at the School of Community and Regional Planning at UBC. Her focus area is Ecological and Natural Resources Planning. She completed her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture at Tongji University, Shanghai, and her Master of Landscape Architecture at the University of Hong Kong (HKU), where she developed a strong interest in sustainable landscape design techniques. Following graduation from HKU, she worked as an assistant urban planner at the China Academy of Urban Planning and Design in Shenzhen. Jessica graduated in 2016 with her project Identification Mechanism and Design Strategies for Stream Daylighting in Vancouver. The final report is available through UBC Circle here. |
